Activities at P.A.D.S.A.C. Include regular meetings of the District Explorer Scout Unit, known as "Les Pugh's Own Explorer Scout Unit".
A local Guide Unit meets at P.A.D.S.A.C. whilst their hall is being refurbished.

  Regular meetings are held of the District Executive Committee and District Scout Fellowship, together with regular section leader meetings.

  Young Leader Training and Duke of Edinburgh Award Training also takes place on a monthly basis.

  Outside Scouting and Guiding Groups also use P.A.D.S.A.C. for sleepeovers

	P.A.D.S.A.C. Penarth and District Scout Activity Centre was opened in 1989 to support Scouting throughout the Area of Dinas Powys, Llandough, Penarth and Sully. P.A.D.S.A.C. Penarth and District Scout Activity Centre is a purpose built Centre. It has a large hall, Trophy Room, Small Meeting Room, Explorer Den and houses the District Scout Shop Agency. Set in it's own landscaped grounds, it has on-site parking. Scout Shop Agency The Penarth Scout Shop Agency provides a service to local Scout Groups in South Wales.
